Here's Some Snippets Of What People Are Saying About Their Jabra BT5020 Wireless Bluetooth Headset
- When I saw the BT5020 I thought it looked like a great upgrade. Then I read all the negative reviews here and had second thoughts. But, in the end, I followed my own instincts and trusted no one and bought one. Boy am I glad I did! The build-quality of this piece is superb. The matte black finish, angles and lines make it very sleek and gorgeous! It is so comfortable you will probably forget it's there after a period of time! It is smaller and lighter than my BT500.
- I'm a fan of the Jabra 5020 headset -- it fits very well and comfortably around my ear and I've enjoyed good reception when connected to both my Treo 680 and iPhone. But I've gone through two models, and both have broken. The earpiece seems to be the weak link in this headset, as it's broken twice in my pocket (from not very rough treatment).
- Briefly, the BT5020 Headset is Bluetooth 2.0 compliant and it is compatible with Bluetooth 1.1 or higher devices. It was easy to pair with a cell phone and we experienced no major issues using it. My wife, a heavy phone users was able to wear and talk trough the BT5020 for hours without experiencing any discomfort.
